ingredients

• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1⁄8 cup olive oil

directions

1. Add all dry and mix well.
2. Add the liquid and whisk together.
3. Store in fridge up to one week.

batter was way to thin for waffles had to add extras flour and corn flour to thicken it it was also very bland.
