Joe's Crab Shack Swamp Moss (Copycat)

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 1 drink

ingredients

• 1 ounce Southern Comfort
• 1⁄2 ounce Midori melon liqueur
• 1⁄2 ounce Malibu rum
• 6 ounces pineapple juice
• lime wedge (to garnish)

directions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add all ingredients and shake or stir until well blended.
3. Ganish with a lime wedge.

This is a very tasty concoction! I can't believe I'm saying this, because I usually have the opposite problem, but it was actually quite weak for my mother and me. We ended up adding at least twice as much midori, malibu, and SoCo. Next time I think I might just start out with 3 oz or less of pineapple juice and keep adding from there. But the flavors go together wonderfully, so there will be a next time!
