Jean's Apple Cake

"A HS friend of mind recently re-shared this recipe with me, and after years of chasing this specific taste and texture... I finally found it again! It is, in my humble opinion, the best apple cake recipe out there."

• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 2 large apples, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks

directions

1. preheat oven to 350*
2. grease a bundt pan really well (or make cupcakes).
3. mix sugar, eggs, and oil together then add dry ingredients and mix well. fold in apples chunks and bake for 40 minutes. let cool completely before removing from pan.
