Japanese Apple-Carrot Salad Dressing

- 1 cup light soy sauce (Utsukushi)
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 small apple
- 2 -3 garlic cloves
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade (Robinson's) or 1 tablespoon brown sugar
directions
- Place all ingredients together in a food processor or a blender and whiz until relatively smooth.
- Keep refrigerated.
