  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 liters ginger ale

directions

  • In a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, mix pineapple juice, sugar, and extract. (Seal bag and shake to mix.).
  • Freeze until hardened in bag. To serve, thaw for 30 minutes and mix into ginger ale.

  1. Mahhhvellllous indeed! We served this for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was a big hit. I have actually been looking for this recipe (I call it "Kindergarten punch") for ages...it tastes like the punch they used to serve at kindergarten/elementary functions at my old school. Brings back great memories and tastes good too. So simple to make...my 9 yo prepared it for me! Cheers!!
