  1. This sauce was good, but it didn't thicken up at all, I ended up having to add corn starch.

  2. Absoulutely delicious - tastes just like the restaurant version. However, I've made it using roasted garlic for a richer flavor.

  3. How came any one say its close in taste to TGIF"s. This recipe tatses more like a Sweet Teriyaki with Onions, Lot of Soy Sauce taste. The product served at TGIF does NOT taste like it. Don't waste your money and time, search the net for a closer recipe, or buy a bottled sauce.

  4. I will make this sauce again. It did not thicken, and tasted like pure soy/teriyaki sauce...until I added additional brown sugar. Perfect!

  5. I made this to brush on salmon fillets before I grilled them. I only had pineapple juice so I used that instead of grape juice. I also grated my onion because I don't like chunky things in my dipping sauce. I will definitely make this again. It would be good brushed on shrimp kabobs or even grilled veggies. Thanks for the great recipe.
