DIRECTIONS

  • Steam broccoli, 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Place turkey, broccoli, bell pepper and olives in a salad bowl.
  • In small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo, vinegar, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over chicken and vegetables and toss gently to coat.
