  • Add the tuna, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar to the bowl of a food processor; process until combined.
  • Add in the cream, butter, and salt; pulse until well blended.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and keep chilled/covered until ready to serve.
  • Top with the lemon slices as a garnish.
  • Serve cold with crackers or baguette slices.

  1. Very nice. A very different texture and taste. It didn't say whether to drain the tuna or not, but I think it needed it. I drained it and kept the oil, just in case. :) I added lots of pepper and ate it on crackers.
