  • Heat oil oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add in spinach and chopped garlic; saute stirring for about 10-12 minutes or until all the liquid from the spinach evaporates.
  • Add in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix to combine and heat through.
  • Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

  3. I liked this spinach very much. I have a feeling it will be even better tomorrow when the flavors have had a chance to blend.
     
  4. We liked this but I think next time I will skip the bread crumbs, and just add the parmesan cheese. We didn't use the cayenne either. For us, not everything has to be hot all the time. All in all we enjoyed it! Potzi
