  1. Delicious! Light, fluffy & the perfect amount of spice!!

  2. I made this last night to go with pasta when I was short on time. Quick and easy, but I guess I was expecting more of a zippy, herb flavor and less of a basic bisuit. When I make them again I think I will increase the amounts of herbs, and add a bit of cheese. But very good and will make them again. Very easy - anyone could make these.

  3. Pretty good for a drop biscuit. I didn't put any of the herbs in...just wanted my biscuits to be plain. Took 14 minutes at 450 and made about a dozen. Thanks for posting!

  4. These were very good indeed! I took it one step further and added about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the dough. After taking out of the oven, I used a pastry brush and brushed some melted butter over them that I mixed some italian seasoning in. Very delish.

  5. Very very good! Had them tonight with a "throw together" beef stew. Had to sub buttermilk with milk and lemon juice, and added a few more spices to correspond to what I put in my stew... so a little thyme and a little black pepper in addition to the recipe amounts. Made larger biscuits just per our preference. Made our cold weather dish this evening (the high was about 10' today)... so thank you very much for sharing your recipe.
