  1. These hamburgers have a fantastic flavor and are extremely easy to prepare. I changed it a bit by doubling the recipe and adding 1 egg in place of some of the bread crumbs. I forgot the green peppers, but they weren't missed. I also used a cheese blend in place of the parmesan. We'll surely be having these again! Thank you!

  2. My son pronounced these the best hamburgers he has ever had. I made them last week and I'm already planning to make them again this week. I served the burgers on buns. They looked and tasted a little bit like pizza burgers. We may never want plain hamburgers again! Thanks for a great recipe!!

  3. I made these yesterday with two other burgers all went down very nicely. I use a mixture of ground beef, ground turkey and tvp in equal parts. Also with this recipe I put a small amount of Mozerella cheese in the middle. Next time I will leave out the green peppers since some of us here do not like them

  4. This was a great start! I added italian sausage to the meat mix and some italian seasoning, some beef broth. I shaped the patties like the sweet italian bread loaf at Krogers and topped them with sliced mozerella and the usuals. Served them with Italian sausage veggie soup. Great meal!
