DIRECTIONS

  • Boil pasta and put it at the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix in the artichoke hearts.
  • Saute garlic onions, peppers, and chicken breasts, Add salt, oregano, and crushed red pepper.
  • Layer the veggies & chicken over the pasta and artichokes.
  • Top layer will be fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves. Mix them up or stack them to resemble the Italian flag.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Finish with balsamic vinegar.
