I compared this mix with several others from a google search and found that they are all very similar except for one big difference. Others have way too much salt. Instead of things like celery flakes and garlic powder, they call for celery salt, garlic salt as well as table salt. This is the mix for me. I'm using it to make homemade breaded chicken patties.

Wow! I love this mix. I use it mainly for To Die for Crock Pot Roast Recipe #27208 and it works out perfect!! I made alot of this batch,,,,64 tablespoons,,,and put it in a quart size ziplock and used 2 1/2 tablespoons for the pot roast. It was awesome. Thank you so much for this inexpensive mix to make at home. I don't use the ground thyme,,,so i used regular and after I made the batch I put it in my food processor to chop it. I did make the dressing once,,and My daughter liked it,,,just asked for me to chill it next time, so I know it's good dressing but I usually make this specifically for the pot roast.

I'm so glad I tried this recipe. It's delicious! I didn't have any dried parsley, used celery salt instead of dried celery and only used half the salt. Using kosher salt. I'll be keeping it on hand for times when I want a quick dressing.. Easier than the garlic vinaigrette I usually make and just as good, just different. Thanks for sharing this keeper recipe!
