This is now my fav dressing for anything. I stuck with the recipe but using balsamic vinegar instead of the cider and poured it over a simple salad of sliced cucumber, tomato, and mushrooms. A couple of days later, I poured the remaining dressing into a resealable bag with a couple of thick pork chops, marinaded the meat over night, and finished them on the grill and the dressing worked again. My next test is pasta.

This is good. I would try another recipe for Italian dressing next time though. I used this in a pasta salad. I used unrefined extra virgin olive oil, organic apple cider vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon peel grated on the fine side of my box grater and freshly ground black pepper in place of the lemon pepper, regular mustard, plus the rest of the ingredients.
