I keep several flavors of Torani's syrups (sugar-free) on hand for my coffee, but had never had an Italian soda made with them, and now that I have, I will more often! Really refreshing. I used fat-free half and half, so it was even lighter. I used 1 oz of orange and 1 oz of coconut mixed. Thanks for posting this keeper! Made for ZWT 7.

WOW! I've had Italian soda only a few times and had no idea how easy it is to make at home! Now that I know, I'll be making it often. So far I've made coconut, hazelnut, caramel, and Irish cream! (The syrups we have on hand for DD and DH"s coffees). Next time I shop I'll be buying more flavors. It's pure heaven with heavy cream that I had to use up, but also great with fat-free half-and-half, which I always have in the fridge. Great recip, I'll be sipping these all summer!
