"This makes a terrific weeknight dinner. Cooked chicken and marinara sauce makes this quick and easy and tastes delicious. My family loves this recipe and it is requested several times a month."

Amazing! We had this for dinner at a recent 4th of July get together, and they sure disappeared quickly! We were honoured to have Chef V make them for us, so I didn't have the pleasure of preparing them, but I did watch her and could see how easy they are. I'll be making this myself, I can see this as a simple yet delicious meal after work, when none of us feel like cooking! Thanks V! :)

HAd these while at Chef ~V's ...and my family loved them so much, I am making them again tonight for dinner ( plan to make extras and just put them away in big ziplock bags - I PROMISE they won't go to waste!). My 16 year old DD kept going back for more over the couple days we were there...and I am making a batch tonight so she has them ready for her Speech and Debate tournament this weekend! I make a couple without olives and jalepenos for my that picky 5 age...Thanks for yet another Keeper, V!!

These subs were so yummy! They were super simple and quick with the frozen chicken. My husband loved them. I will make these again for sure. Thanks for the great recipe.

I don't think there's anything better than spending time with family and friends and enjoying delicious food together. I just love food. I love reading about food, writing about food, cooking food and.. not surprisingly, eating food. My latest passion is food-photography! I'm still learning a lot, but I'm trying to post photos with all my recipes and reviews. I read recipe books, magazines and food blogs like novels. I get such satisfaction when someone enjoys a meal or dessert that I have prepared. It is the biggest compliment to me when my family and friends rave about my cooking. There are so many terrific recipes on this site. If I'm looking for something, I'm sure to find it here. I do have stacks of my own favorite recipes which I am slowly but surely getting in my cookbooks here . I have had so many awesome reviews and fabulous photos taken of my recipes... I try to thank everyone personally .. I sincerely appreciate each and every review and or comment left. I know it takes time to photograph and upload photos - So I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for finding and trying my recipes and taking the extra effort...
