  1. Really yummy family pasta dish, after step 5 on this I put it into a baking dish and topped with the remaining Parmesan cheese and baked for about 10 - 15 minutes. Served it with some of Erins Blue Cheese Crostini (yummy too) and a green salad. Thanks for posting =)

  2. Just a couple days ago I called my Mother and asked her if she still had the Irish Italian Spaghetti recipe we grew up on. As a single Mother of 5 in the 1960's she had to make something from nothing very often. Well, she still had the recipe. And to day, on a whim, I looked on 'Zaar to see if anyone else posted it. To my surprise it was already posted. Now I don't have to post mine and I can just get on with eating it again. Thanks for the memory. By the way, our recipe was double yours and used a full pound of burger. But of course there were 5 hungry kids to feed.

  3. I grew up with the same stuff! My mom used slightly different proportions/spices though: 1 lb ground beef 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can Tomato soup 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper Exact same cooking instructions, though. =)

  4. When I was reading the ingredients I was kinda weary about this dish, but I became more intrigued the more i thought about it and had to make it. I loved it. It was really tasy and really simple. It kind reminded me of a tomato flavored stroganoff but very mild. Thanks for the great recipe!

  5. This was so gooood!!! There was no leftovers. This is great for a fast tasty meal when you don't have much time to cook. My youngest loved it so much she had seconds and she never does unless she absolutly loves it. For cheese I used Parm, Romano, and Asagio. Thanks for a great recipe Chris
