I wanted to love this recipe but it did not come out well. The Instant Pot took all the juices out and the flavor and moisture that I'm accustomed to having in the meat was not there. Instant Pot is great for other things but not ribs. :(

I followed the recipe exactly! It was delicious! As a busy mom with 3 littles, this was a little more labor intensive (takes more like 1 hour and a half with prep and pressurizing/depressurizing) than most of my instant pot meals, but it was so worth it when the result tasted as good as my favorite ribs at a restaurant in town!! :)
