Instant Coffee Cooler
- Ready In:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 3 drops almond extract (optional)
- 1 scoop ice cream (your choice-I used vanilla)
- Blend well and serve.

I enjoyed this for a mid morning treat today. Added an extra squirt of Hershey's chocolate syrup and did use the almond extract. There was a mild flavor that reminded me of amaretto that would be nice for folks that dont want an alcoholic drink. We have chocolate chip ice cream and it worked nicely with the coffee. Next time I think I will use less milk and more ice cream for a thicker creamier coffee. Thank you for sharing mydesigirl!
