ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced fine
- 1⁄2 onion, minced fine
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mccormick's McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Dump everything into a bowl and dig in with your hands. Make sure you work it enough so that all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Shape mixture into balls. (I use an ice cream scoop to portion it all out so that all of them are the same size.).
- Place the finished balls on a cookie sheet or in a shallow casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
