Questions & Replies

  1. I've been looking at the recipe for Impossible Quiche that uses "Bisquick" but cannot see in the recipe when/where it is used. In Australia this is not a common used item and I have never used it before. Can someone assist?

  1. Loved this easy recipe. I'm always lazy about making crusts from scratch, so this solved the problem. I used a combo of broccoli, mushrooms and onions for the filling and it was delicious.

  2. Mmmmm Quiche...this is one of my favorite recipes I usually put whatever I have in the fridge in it, its a great way of getting rid of those veggies that are on the verge of making there way to the compost..this time it was red pepper, mushroom, ham, green onion, kale and colby jack

  3. This is my "go to" quiche recipe. So quick, easy and versatile! I used sausage, onion and green peppers with cheddar cheese. Doesn't get any better!

  4. This is a simple and delicious quiche! I substituted about 2 cups of broccoli florets for the mushrooms, since no one in my household really likes mushrooms. I also substituted soy milk and soy cheese, and it tasted great! I will definitely make this one again.

  5. Very delicious and oh so easy!!! Will save this for easy brunch ideas!!

I live in Omaha NE and am an audiologist at Boys Town National Research Hospital. I love to cook, as does my husband Michael. In the summer, we have a large garden and try to use alot of fresh fruits/veggies in our cooking. We have a 5 year old daughter, Kate and almost 2 year old son Sam and enjoy introducing them to new foods. One of their favorites is fresh pesto smeared on crackers!
