- 2 cups light vanilla soymilk
- 2 chai tea teabags (I prefer Tazo)
- 1 tablespoon honey
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat about 10 minutes, until desired strength is reached.
- Let cool in refrigerator.
- Serve over ice.

Such a simple recipe! I'm kind of embarrassed that I needed to look this up. I omitted the honey because my vanilla soy was already a bit too sweet for me. And I enjoyed this hot but I will be making it over ice too. Be gentle stirring though, I broke open a tea bag and had to strain it - no biggie really. Thanks!
