  • Cream butter and sugars together; add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients togehter and add to butter mixture. Stir in oatmeal and Rice crispies. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • YOU CAN ONLY PUT 6 COOKIES PER BAKING SHEET AS THESE COOKIES ARE HUGE! AND DO NOT MIX DOUBLE BATCHES THEY DO NOT WORK YOU HAVE TO MAKE ONE BATCH AND THEN YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE SECOND.

I also made these cookies for my Dad and Brother to take hunting with them.They were very good!I chose to make them small instead of huge,takes up less space,in their gear.The first batch I made just like the recipe,and the second batch I added chocolate chips! The first batch had a nice crunch and taste,even better with the chips mixed in! I will make these again,and keep in my recipe box,everyone liked them! Sassycook
