Hummus Bi Tahini

ingredients

• 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
• 1⁄3 cup hot water
• 1⁄2 cup tahini (sesame butter)
• 1⁄3 cup good olive oil
• 2⁄3 lemon, juice of
• 4 fresh garlic cloves (I like a lot and use much more so as much as you want)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (add more to taste)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper
• 2 teaspoons cumin

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
