- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 2 cups pecan halves
directions
- Melt margarine in a heavy skillet or saucepan.
- Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients, except pecans, stirring well.
- Add pecans, stirring to coat well. Spead pecans evenly in a greased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 300-degrees for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Place pecans on a paper towel and cool.
