- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup milk, scalded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Beat eggs for 3 minutes on high until foamy.
- Beat in sugar, then add flour and baking powder.
- Mix in milk and vanilla.
- Pour into a greased and floured 8” pan and bake at 350* for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
