    large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces

    onion, chopped
  • 1
    (16 ounce) package hot dogs, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1
    (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

  • Put everything except hot sauce into large pot, cover with water and cook until done.
  • May add tomato juice if desired instead of some of the water (I usually do).
  • Add hot sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
