• Yields: 1 loaf
• Serves: 14-16

ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 2 cups bread flour
• 1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 1 3⁄4 teaspoons yeast
• 1 tablespoon chives, dried
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1⁄2 cup habanero pepper cheese, shredded or
• 1⁄2 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
• 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
• 1⁄4 cup jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 3 habanero peppers, red, diced fine or
• 3 habanero peppers, orange, diced fine

directions

1. Place all ingredients, except cheeses and peppers, in bread pan in the order recommended for your bread machine.
2. Set for White Bread and start.
3. When beeper sounds add cheeses and peppers.
