DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease an 8" x 13" to 11x 15" pan.
  • Beat eggs and sugar together.
  • Belnd in cocoa, oil, and slat.
  • Gradually mix in the cake meal; add nuts and/or chocolate chips if desired.
  • Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
  • Serve warm for Hot Blondies but cool blondies are yummy too!
