ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1 3⁄4 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves
directions
- Mash drained artichokes with fork.
- Combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic with the artichoke hearts.
- Put in ovenproof dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or unit heated through.
- Serve with bread and/or chips.

This is sooooo good! Since it is similar to my recipe #107619 but with artichokes instead of onion, I knew it would be good but just how good, I didn't realize! I couldn't keep out of it! lol I used reduced fat cream cheese and mayo with great results. I baked for 30 minutes as it wasn't quite hot all the way through after 20 min. Thanks for the recipe danny!
