1. Should have said "Thank you" long before this! One of my favorite dishes to take to any gathering. I learned the hard way to leave some at home because my sons like these in a meatball sub! We add a lot of extra horseradish and some extra hot sauce. Thanks for sharing!
 2. Thank you for posting this recipe! I had it as a clipping from one of my TOH magazines and lost it. We've made these meatballs since we discovered a large horseradish patch growing in the garden of the house we bought recently. I was so disappointed that we wouldn't be able to make them this year but I found your posting! The whole family love the extra bite that the horseradish adds to the meatballs and to the sauce and we would have been lost without it! Thanks so much for posting!!

I live in Southern Maine The Way Life Should Be with my husband of 30 years, 2 teenage kids and my dog a 130 pound Rottweiler lap dog! During the summer we stay across the street from Wells Beach in our small Maine Cottage and the rest of the year in our house in Lyman which is about 1/2 hour from President Bush's compound at Walkers Point in Kennebunkport. I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh. I love to cook. My pet peeve is people who have no manners; like saying please and thank you, etc. etc. and salespeople who chew gum!

<img src= border=0 alt=Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting>

Create your own visitor map!
