I made this for the basketball game Saturday afternoon. It was supposed to be a snack, but my husband and I ended up eating the whole pie pan full for lunch! I did make a few changes. I added some chopped white onion on top of the cream cheese, used hot & spicy chili, added some sliced jalepenos and sprinkled a little bit of cilantro on top. My husband, who doesn't like cream cheese really liked this! I tried this dip at a party with the Fritos Scoops before, but really like the tortilla chips much better.

This is a great crockpot recipe for potlucks n partys. Everyone loves it. My coworker made this one time and served it with tostitos scoop chips and it was amazing, i asked her for the recipe and she just adds the sams club big can of chili (no beans) but if it comes w beans thats ok just smash them up, then ad 2 packs of cream cheese. Place everything into the crockpot on low, and it about 2 hours its ready. Keep on warm. I have also made this for a nacho bar, I had nacho cheese in one crock pot, chili n cream cheese in one pot and serve with toppings like minced onions, cilantro, salsas gaucamole, pico de gallo, etc this makes for a great nacho bar :) Enjoy!
