Honeydew With Creme De Cassis
"Here's a simple one! I have creme de cassis for making kirs and I found this as another way to enjoy creme de cassis. Works with cantaloup if you prefer. You can serve both types of melon in cubes prepared as listed below."

- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 lime, juice of
- 4 tablespoons creme de cassis
directions
- Wash the melon and then cut the melon into quarter wedges. Scrape out seeds.
- Sprinkle each quarter with lime juice.
- Place the melon wedges on 4 plates and pour 1 tablespoon of creme do cassis over each serving.

<p>I've collected recipes since I was a teen. After all these years I'm trying to get all my index cards and clippings, that still sound interesting to me, posted here so that I can find them and eventually make them! <br /> <br />I've posted some of my Mom's recipes. I regret not having paid more attention to my Grandmothers' cooking. They made some dishes that I miss and there were/are no recipes for them. <br /> <br />I have a wonderful DH and 2 wonderful sons.
