Oh my! These are fabulous, decadent, amazing... They are surprising quick & easy to make. The chops are perfectly cooked - juicy & tender yet crispy on the outside and the sauce is so flavourful. When I added the honey to the pan, it immediately got really dark and smelled a little burnt but it did not taste that way at all.

Goodnessgraciousheavelydays...this is absolutely one of the BEST pork chop recipes I've ever prepared or eaten. They were almost like a praline coated pork chop. The flavors were perfect, the ease of preparation was great and I can GUARANTEE that I will be making this recipe again and again. Thank you so much for posting this awesome recipe.
