ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1⁄2 green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- hamburger bun
directions
- Brown and drain hamburger.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer on low 30 minutes.
- Serve on buns.

Pretty good sloppy joes. Not terribly sweet, even with the sugar/splenda. I think we prefer sloppy joes where the onions and green pepper are a little more cooked (IE, had been cooked before hand). But a good solid, easy, meal. I served these on whole wheat buns alongside fried potatoes and steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
