DIRECTIONS

  • Put hamburger in a 12 inch frying pan or skillet.
  • Shake salt like you would over a dinner plate - about 1/2 tsp or so.
  • Brown hamburger on medium or a bit lower if it starts splattering.
  • Drain the hamburger with a stainless steel strainer.
  • Return hamburger to pan.
  • Add all ingredients to the pan and mix well.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve on warm whole wheat toast, bread, biscuits, or hawaiian buns.
