Homemade Pasta Dough

"This is my mother's simple dough recipe. It is easy to make and serves 6 to 8 people with big appetites. You may need to use more flour than the recipe calls for , for rolling purposes and eggs very some in size which cause more moisture."

  1. I tried this recipe, the margarine should be omitted entirely and 1 tbsp olive oil should be used. As well, the proportions are completely wrong. I recommend using 1 cup of flour for each egg, a small amount of virgin olive oil, and water for consistency.
