Homemade Mixed Nut Butter

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (I used cashew or macadamia or almond, but any nut will do)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender (I used the ninja blender) and blend until smooth.
  • Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 4-7 days; enjoy with pears, apples, strawberries, toast, in a cookie, or plain.

  1. I used a mix of almonds and peanuts, which made for a really great mix. I used 2 tablespoons of honey, which was a little too sweet for the butter.
