- 1⁄2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
directions
- Bring pomegranate juice and sugar to a boil over moderate heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Simmer until reduced to about 1/2 cup, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Cool to room temperature.
