DIRECTIONS

  • Bring pomegranate juice and sugar to a boil over moderate heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  • Simmer until reduced to about 1/2 cup, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
  • Cool to room temperature.
