Homemade "beenie-Weenie"

ingredients
- 8 hot dogs
- 1 (16 ounce) can baked beans
- 1 tablespoon butter
directions
- Slice your hot dogs and brown in butter in skillet.
- After they have browned drain off any fat and add baked beans.
- Heat over medium heat until beans are heated through and serve.

Can you go wrong with beenie weenies? My little sis loved these as a kid. I couldn't resist making them on a day that I my little neighbor boy joined me for lunch. I used pork 'n beans instead of baked beans and Hebrew National hot dogs...but only 2 hot dogs for a small can of beans. It worked out just right. Thanks for posting.

We are now a family of nine, our newest edition, Emma Lauran was born December 2, 2005. We have so many hobbies it's hard to list them all. The boys enjoy Karate, and sports, football, mostley. The girls are in dance and gymnastics. My husband and I enjoy music, movies and travel, we have a mediterranean cruise planned for our 2nd anniversary in November. I ma going back to nursing school in the fall of next year...NICU nursing is where I hope to end up.My dh is a veteran. He has been overseas three times, his last tour was in Iraq for desert storm, We are all very proud of him, he became disabled after he returned from Iraq, he is a very strong person. We live a very hectic life, and enjoy dinner time, only time we all sit down together usually.
