  • Mash up the banana.
  • Put in a bowl.
  • Add honey.
  • Mix well.
  • Apply over face and hair.
  • Allow to dry.
  • Then wash off and enjoy firm skin and great hair.

This did leave smoother and softer hair and skin, but the banana itched and was very, very hard to wash completely out of our hair ...we were still finding little banana bits the next day, even after a thorough shampooing (or two!). Perhaps adding some oatmeal to bind with the banana would help solve those issues??
