Home Ec. Pizza Crust
"This was the pizza crust I learned in my Home Ec. La Vista Jr. High Class 1976. Quick and easy. A bit thicker crust than I usually make but when you are short on time this works great."

ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup water, warm (110 degrees)
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 2 1⁄2 cups Bisquick
directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- To use - preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spread onto a baking sheet or divide in half and use on 2 round pizza pans.
- Top with your favorite sauce, cheeses and toppings.
- Bake 15-20 minutes.
