Holiday Treasure Cookies

"Inspired by a recipe in Holiday Cookies, chewy chocolate chip cookies with other "treasures" incorporated. These look great on a cookie tray!"

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
• 1 (10 ounce) package mini Hershey chocolate kisses
• 1 1⁄3 cups red and green candy covered plain chocolate candies
• 1 1⁄3 cups sweetened flaked coconut or 1 1/3 cups toasted coconut
• 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

directions

1. Heat oven to 375. Stir together cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder; set aside.
2. Beat sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth; add in dry mixture, mixing well. Stir in chocolates, candy, coconut and pecans. Drop by rounded Tbsp onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire racks. Cool completely.

Made these and they fell apart...added two eggs and made into bars, still fell apart...plus, they really stuck to the pan...I also have the recipe from the book. They taste good, just wish they stayed together.
