- 1 cup flour plus 2 tbsp flour
- 10 -12 Oreo cookies, crushed (some larger bits too)

directions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and then beat in butter.
- Add sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and mix.
- Add a couple drops of holiday food coloring for a festive touch.
- Add flour gradual,y and mix until well combined.
- Fold in Oreos, then cover bowl and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Preheat to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (I didn't line with paper--just used butter wrapper to lightly grease pan, and nothing stuck).
- Scoop out 2 tablespoons and roll into a 2 inch ball.
- Place them on your cookie sheet and press down lightly.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. The edges will start to brown but the cookie will be soft.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes, then carefully transfer to a cooling rack to finish cooling,.

I love to try new recipes, and this is a wonderful site to find new additions. I rarely make the same thing twice because it's so much fun to try something different. My life long dream is to travel the world and eat my way around it.
