    cups cranberry-raspberry juice

    (3 ounce) package liquid fruit pectin

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large saucepan, combine sugar, juice, cinnamon and cloves; bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  • Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat; stir in wine and pectin.
  • Skim off foam.
  • Ladle into jelly jars or moisture-vaporproof freezer containers.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Cover with tight fitting lids.
