Holiday Eggnog Cheesecake

- 1 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄4 cup Parkay margarine, melted
- 1 (7 g) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
directions
- Combine crumbs, sugar, nutmeg and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
- Gradually add gelatin and egnog, mixing until blended.
- Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream.
- Pour over crust; chill until firm.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
