Photo may be seen here in the Savor gallery (as Honey Cranberry Butter): www.annacia.com. This is an excellent compound butter that will be appreciated at any time of the year. I made to compliment this year's Easter ham. Used a small splash of orange juice in place of the zest and chopped fresh cranberries in place of the ask for dried. Made for Pick A Chef, Spring 2013.

Just excellent! I made this with I can't believe it's not butter and brown sugar, since we don't have unflavored honey in the house. I tried 2 small batches - one with dried and the other with fresh cranberries. Both were indescribably delicious, but I think I preferred the fresh. It was great on toast, but even better on english muffins. I am sure there are a ton of other applications as well. I can see why this has been running for several years now in the best of the year game!
