In a high wok coat with oil and when it starts to smoke add chicken, garlic, onion, salt, sugar and chili. Stir fry the mixture until the chicken is cook. Add hoisin sauce to taste. Pour into a serving bowl.
In a mixing bowl combine cabbage and carrot and add vinegar and sugar and mix well. Add in the red ginger and salt to taste.
Place a warm tortilla and top with chicken mixture and top with slaw.
