- 1 2⁄3 cups water
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1⁄4 cups garbanzo flour (chana flour)
- 1 1⁄4 cups rice flour
- 1⁄2 cup tapioca flour
- 1⁄2 cup dry buttermilk
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
directions
- Put wet ingredients into bread machine.
- Put dry ingredients into bread machine.
- Bake on regular setting,
- (Follow directions that came with your particular bread machine.).

We liked this, it was very dense, good for toasting. Even though I made it as directed , in my ABM, it didn't rise to make a full loaf, and on cutting, proved to have collapsed in the middle, so not too sure what happened there. Nonetheless, nice with soup! Thanks for the recipe, made for PAC Spring 2009Reply
