DIRECTIONS

  • • Melt the butter in a pan on a medium heat and add the garlic.
  • • Once the garlic turns golden add the peas and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook the pease for 2 minutes.
  • • Now add the chilli, mint and parsley and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, until the peas are cooked through out.
  • • Once cooked, squeeze the lemon over the peas, mix well and serve.
